SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions towards the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering expert services like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency reported it's alarmed concerning the substantial range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a high number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office committed to service the area regularly. The assistance issue created for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it hard for that office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to permit the servicing of all clients and maximize use of Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
